UX research and insights on mobile design best practices
Project background
Tigerspike engaged with Emirates Airlines, the largest airline in the Middle East to design their portfolio of new mobile and tablet apps across all platforms (iPad, iPhone and Android phone).
What I did
As part of my work as UX Researcher at Tigerspike, I conducted a series of UX best practices research reports to gain mobile design insights and unveil opportunities when designing The Emirates Apps. The reports were both share with the client and our design team to inform and validate decisions through the design process.
UX best-practice reports included
– Sign up and Log in user journeys
– Indoor mapping
– Mobile Web and Native app capabilities
– Mobile marketing and mobile app business models
– Search and booking journeys optimisation
– App rollout strategy
